Common questions

Where do I sign in?: Use the product app at your app subdomain (e.g. app.assetsnap.com). Marketing pages only promote the product — accounts live in the app.
Can I use AssetSnap on my phone?: Yes. AssetSnap has native iOS and Android apps for scanning tags, photos, and quick updates, plus the full web dashboard.
How does billing work?: Organizations subscribe based on asset limits and enabled modules. Manage billing from Organization settings inside the app.
Where are Terms and Privacy?: Legal documents are hosted on the product app and linked from the footer.
